Civitan Membership Application

I hereby request membership in the Civitan Club of Pontiac. Upon acceptance, I agree to be subject to its Constitution, Bylaws and Official Policies. I agree to pay the sum of $17 as an initiation fee and to pay the regular dues (a portion of which goes to district and Civitan International) as billed by my club. I understand that $2 of my annual dues shall be applied as a subscription to Civitan Magazine.

Dues

It costs little to join Pontiac Civitan Club. Each person must pay a one-time initiation fee of $17 (United States funds) to Pontiac Civitan Club.

Individual dues are $72 per year with discounts for additional family members and those with developmental disabilities. $2 of each member's annual dues shall be applied as a subscription to Civitan Magazine.

Meeting Times and Place

The club meets most Thursdays at noon during the school year at Oakland Technical Centers in Pontiac and in the summer at the Pontiac Country Club.
